GB served 21 years in the Royal Navy, deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan and Sierra Leone to assist with the Ebola crisis. Looking for a complete change of career, the natural choice was to follow his passion for great food…

Leigh

Leigh has a real keen interest in BBQ and smoking food and has a real passion and love for all things food related. When he’s not working he’s usually BBQing or watching food related TV Programmes.
